THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a theft from motor vehicle that occurred on Bierley Lane on Sunday 22nd March 21:00hrs and Monday 23rd March 09:00hrs

VICTIM PARKS HER CAR ON STREET OVER NIGHT  AND RETURNS TO THE CAR IN THE MORNING TO FIND FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW SMASHED, ITEMS STREWN EVERYWHERE AND ITEMS STOLEN FROM WITHIN. SOME THINGS ARE DISCOVERED DISCARDED NEARBY 

If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security, many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
